Create New User Account From Command Line

Hi All,

How can I create a new user account from the command line?
i need to add the user in the local Users and Groups in the Groups
Administrators.(Groups -> Administrators)

so kindly guid how to do it. if any commands please list out all. so
it would be very helpfull.

Try the following commands:
net /?
net help
net user /?
net help user
net localgroup /?
net help localgroup

First, I want to say pardon because my english is so bad but i need help:
I have the same problem that you, I would like to create an account user on Windows XP from the command line. can you send me what are you doing to resolve the problem please? Rolling Eyes
