Changing my default web browser from Mozilla Firefox to IE

If you went to Tools and only had Options, then you are not in IE, but
in Explorer.
Another way to get to Internet Options is Control Panel-Internet
Options.

If IE is not in your list of programs, then try using the executable
directly. It is normally
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

What operating system are you using?
