Changing my default web browser from Mozilla Firefox to IE

I ALSO HAVE THIS PROBLEM BUT THE INTERNET EXPLORER DEFAULT BOX IS SHADED AND
WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE FROM THE MOZILLA FAMILY. I HAVE RUN CHECKS TO SEE IF
JAVA IS OKAY AND THESE ARE ALL POSITIVE, BUT MY GAMES WILL NOT LOAD.
I HAVE INSTALLED/UNINSTALLED ABOUT THREE TIMES NOW AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
CAN YOU HELP ME CHANGE MY BROWSER SETTINGS FROM MOZILLA TO INTERNET EXPLORER,
WHICH ON MY OTHER PC WITH XP RUNS O.K

Please answer these two questions.
Are you really running IE6 or are you using IE7?
What operating system and service pack are you using? (e,g, XP SP1)

Please do not post in hard to read capitals. Most will ignore you.

Sorry, but I am not familiar with mozilla. Perhaps you have an option
there? If not, try a post to the IE6 general group, as it does not
appear to be a setup problem.
What have you "installed/uninstalled" three times?
