Post subject: No Audio after removing 24 bit Sound Blaster
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsme>setup (more info?)

Following a move, and loss of sound blaster box, I connected simple
straitforward 2 speakers only. For a few days, no problems. I then removed
the sound blaster files ...then nothing. I re-installed the software, and it
appears the only one that can be enabled...but ... no sound. I have gone
through all the hardware and audio dx checks provided, but to no avail. Any
suggestions? Thanks
