Address Bar NOT WORKING!!

Just to update from my request for help....
I retried directions from the Microsoft link.....at present my address
bar is functioning....
microsoft.com/?kbid=918165
Difference on this attempt I ended most recent verclisid.exe process
that was showing in "Task Manager" and it seems to have fixed the
problem.
Now I will see if this has upset some of my HP parts e.g., scanner and
printer.

Out of the blue now the address bar is working. Need to check printer next.

Easy Fix: Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and
scroll
down to Item No. 383 "Hewlett-Packard's Share-to-Web software - Fix
(MS06-015)"
to download a registry fix.

Note: You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus program
in order to safely run the scripted fix.

Thanks, but when I click on this link it says Page Not Found. Is there an
update?
