I cannot access windows security center in the control panel. I tried
clicking on all the buttons in the control panel and everything opens EXCEPT
for the security settings. So, how can I open my windows security center?
This seems to be the only problem I'm experiencing and any and all help will
be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What antivirus/security software do you have installed? Many of these
programs disable the Windows Security Center and use their own. Examples
are McAfee, Norton, and Windows Live OneCare.

I have ATT security suites. It seems to work well. Now, I can't use
microsoft automatic updates. It is turned off, even thought when I try to
turn it on...it is already on. It is really disabled when I run window
security.

Are you the OP just posting under a different name? AT&T usually provides
McAfee or some other not-great antivirus program. Do some real malware
scanning:
