How do you get support from Microsoft for Windows Live Messenger 8.5?
-I posted the issue in three messenger discussion groups in MS Discussions
Groups. No replies.
-I looked through the "windows live support space" pages. Nothing that deals
with my problem.
-I read the messenger online help and faqs. Nothing applicable.
How do I contact Microsoft about my continuing problem with Messenger 8.5?
Hopefully there is something short of getting MS annual report and
contacting executives, but Im willing to do that, if necessary.
Thanks.

Click on Messenger 8.5, choose any of the links from the FAQ category on the side panel, then
click "Get more help" in the lower right corner of the help topic, then click "Get support"
and you'll be at the support form.
