Post subject: Can't set printer as default
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>print_fax (more info?)

I installed a Brother network printer on my network (Ethernet
connection). It prints fine, but I cannot set it as the default printer
in Windows - when I right-click the printer name in Printers and Faxes,
the Set as Default command is missing from the popup menu (although
present for my other printers).

Any ideas?
