I have a dell 2400 series, and I want to do a PC restore but everytime I press ctrl, f11 it says keyboard failure and won't allow me to view the restore screen, what can I do besides ordering a restore disk?

First - why the post hijack?

Second - contact Dell. A restore of this type (what you describe) is an
issue for the OEM that created the process. It is usually not the same as
cleanly installing Windows XP from actual installation media.

The first thing I would try is another keyboard.
