How to import MTS and M2TS files into iPhone 3GS for playback?

All that and more makes it the best phone you’ll ever use.” As a matter of fact, iPhone have exactly attracted many people’s eyes, especially the newly released iPhone 3GS, which are with improved performance. Are you still feeling fresh and exciting to have such a powerful device? Want to make full use of its function as a video player? I know many of you have been AVCHD camcorder users for some time. How amazing it is if added these files into iPhone 3GS for playback. Step 1: Download, install and start Pavtube http://www.pavtube.com/mts-converter/ (MTS/M2TS Converter)

Once you run it, the following interface will show up. Click “Add” button to import MTS and M2TS files shot by your AVCHD camcorder to this software.

Step 2: Select iPhone 3GS workable format, and set destination folder

When AVCHD files are input, hit the drop-down list of “Format”, after that, you will see many options, just click on “iPhone” firstly, and then choose a format according to the type of your iPhone 3GS.

Suppose you want to export the output files for your iPhone 3GS to your own specified save path, you can click the folder icon at the end of “Output” to set it, otherwise, the program will use the destination folder set by default to store the output files automatically. Moreover, if you want to combine multiple MT2 and M2TS files into a single file, you can check “Merge into one file” to realize it.

Step 3: Adjust video and audio parameters

If you are good at doing video and audio parameter adjustment, you can carry on this step, if not, just skip it. Firstly, click “Settings” button, and then the following window will appear. All the parameters on it can be reset according to your own idea.

Step 4: Convert

If all the above mentioned steps are finished, you can press “Convert” button to start conversion. Once begin, an interface as below will pop up. It shows all the conversion info clearly, including total conversion progress, elapsed conversion time, rest conversion time, generated file size and estimated file size. Even you can tick checkbox “Shut down computer after conversion” to avoid waiting around. As long as conversion finished, you are able to find the output files through clicking “Open” button. What you should do next is Just using iTunes to sync these files to your iPhone 3GS.
