Post subject: Users get logged off immediately after logging in Add to elertz
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

i have three users on my pc one being the administrator (which no one knows
the password), what happens is when the user logs in it goes straight to
logging off saving settings. anyone have any ideas? i remeoved the drive and
scanned for virus' none were found.

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

This is most often a problem with userinit.exe or with its registry pointer
in the winlogon registry key. A somewhat tricky problem, the only real way
you can investigate this is from a 'Live CD' such as BartPE, since the
computer will not start even in safe mode.

Thank you, i did try all those options you mentioned, still nothing.

are there any logon script working with codes to log you off immediatly
