A search on ACPI\MGMT180 says it has something to do with an "E-Support"
button on the keyboard.

Your CDs would only have a WinME version of file on it, so this won't
solve the problem. But perhaps looking at whatever is in the METDRVR
INF file with a text editor, will give you a hint as to what to do.
