Unable to receive messages from any contacts

Ok this problem start after the problem msn had the other day where people were unable log in. Now I am unable to receive messages from anyone on my contact list.


I can sign in fine and everything but no one can message me.
Now if I message them then they can message me back after a bit then problem will occur again.
My connect never drops or logs me out I am able stay connected all time and I can see people signing in the entire time.
I run the connection test and all is fine

Very odd problem I know, nothings changed on network or router and no new installed programs.

What I have tried:
I have reinstalled messenger a few times and some different versions. If I sign someone else in on my computer they don't have problem so it's linked to my account just wondering if anyone ever had a similar problem and how it was resolved.

I am running Windows XP SP3
I have tried windows live 8.5 and 9 beta issue happens with both

I did look on windows live site but was unable to find a support email since the problem seems to be related to my account. I have not tried changing my password as I can login I dont believe it will help but I should try it anyhow.

The issue even happens when I use web messenger.
Problem has been going on for about 4 days now
