Trend Micro logo, rest page blank

Running XP Prof and try to do housecall scan. What i can see is the log and
the who;e page blank and above the start button, there is a word "Done", why
can't I use Housecall? Java 6 update 12 were updated prior to runing the S&D
scan, thanks

Hi tmdiamond,
Sometimes I have an unidentified problem with web pages simply refusing
to load. It happens with pages that displayed fine one day and then
suddenly decide not to on another day. I don't know what causes it but it
usually goes away again either at the next logon (reboot) or even the next
day!
The only other thing I can think of as a possible cause, is a problem
with Adobe flash player, but, then again, if that were the case, it would
most probably tell you about it.
Hope that the problem clears up on it's own, which is my guess that it
does. Post some more with the outcome, I'd be interested to know.
