Printer is not printing text but is inserting solid black blocks or open
rectangles instead. It doesn't work from files or sources previously used
and printed. I am using a Kyocera FS-C5029N Color. Other printer is an HP
Laser B&W that prints OK.
Any suggestions? Am at an elementary school. Have questioned our computer
department and dealer where it was purchased. No one seems to know.

Uninstall and reinstall using the following method:
http://www.coribright.com/windows/Article_One.htm

New drivers can be found at:
http://usa.kyoceramita.com/KMAGlobalpub/jsp/Kyocera/products_printer.j...cid=105

I cannot find at FS-C5029N at any of the Kyocera websites. There's a C5030
and a C5025. What country are you in?

Thank you. Sorry, typing error, it's a FS-C5020N. I live in Indiana but
some days it feels like another country. Will try to reinstall tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.
