Post subject: Sound Problems.
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>games (more info?)

Hi All,

I seem to be getting a problem with my soundcard everytime i load Rome Total
War. The problem started when i installed Rome Total War - the machines lost
its sound and i have to reinstall the drivers which was successfull. I have
checked in Device manager and the sound card system drivers are all installed
successfully with no Exclamation or questions marks.

I have had to reinstall RTW and it seems to have taken the sound out again.
I reinstalled the drivers the sound came back for around 10 minutes and then
went again.

Please could someone advise me on what could be wrong?
