Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>customize (more info?)

Hi,
we have set up our XP machines so that the users can not
use their context menu. Therefore they can not right
click the start button to enable "Show Quick Launch".
Is there a registry setting or an admin policy that would
turn on this feature.
Thanks
