I had the BSOD, so I tried many different fixes. Decided to do a clean
install, so I deleted the partition holding XP Pro, but now when I try to
install the XP Pro from OEM CD, it gets through formatting and stops because
it says it does not have the "\Windows\Rersources" folder and cannot go on
until it does. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You said you deleted the partiton: But you didn't mention re-creating
