Note: If have more than 11 items listed on the right side in blue, both
Run and Search will be dropped off. If this is the case, remove some
items by right clicking the Start button/Properties/Customize/Advanced.

Thanks, but "Search" is not listed is not listed as one of the options. Any
other ideas?

Right click "Start" menu button
Properties > Customize button
Advanced tab > Scroll down and tick "Search"
Click OK > OK
