Essentially - you have someone who is needing the remote assistance
generate/send you the invitation in one of a variety of ways (somewhat
determined by the above information) and you use that ticket as-is (or with
some editing possibly) to connect to the remote computer where the person
needs the remote assistance.
Or - easier - you ignore all those questions, get the Full teamviewer
installed on your computer and get the person needing help to download the
TeamViewer Quick Support module and run it and get the 9 digit ID and 4
digit password to you somehow and you use that to connect to them and assist
as needed.
That all assumes you really meant Remote Assistance and not Remote Desktop.
