RTHDCPL.EXE problem leading to other problems

Hi. Im a new user here. I had encountered the error RTHDCPL.EXE wks ago.
While the error window was there,all my programs were still working.
However,after installing KB935448,the RTHDCPL.EXE error msg is gone (which is
good) but my windows audio,internet connection and Microsoft Automatic
Updates are not able to run automatically. I have to constantly go to
Start-Run-Go to Services.msc and click on START the service maunally for each
program. It's really troublesome.

Does anyone know to resolve this problem?
