Post subject: RDC and printing Add to elertz

Hello,
I have the following situation, a user (XP Pro) in site-B connecting via RDC
to a Windows 2003 server on site-A and attempting to print from QuickBooks to
an ip printer on site-B. Drivers installed.
There are no signs on the server's event viewer that the print job is
failing, much on the contrary, I get the ['document x' was printed on 'remote
printer name' via port TS002. Size in bytes xxxxx; pages printed:1] typical
of a successful print job but nothing comes up at the other end.
Any assistance is welcome!
Thanks,

Ozz.

I managed to print with one of the printers (canon) after editing the
registry as per:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;302361
The Xerox one is giving me a hard time and I think it's driver related.
I am trying to print to a Xerox WorkCentre Pro C2636 PS.

Thanks,

Ozz.
