Hello
My name is Adele and I work in corportate It. One of my friends in
our Vancouver office is having problems changing her password. I told
her to press ctrl + alt + delete but she says that only opens the Task
Manager. I am not sure why she is not getting the usual list of 6
buttons. She says that it just goes straight to the Task Manager.

Perhaps she doesn't have an Administrator account?
