Printer Spooler not found

I am unable to print from my computer. I am able to scan items on my printer
and print it there.

The error messages I'm getting are as follows:

When I try to print from my computer it tells me to Add Printer. Then it
says, "Operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not
running."

When I go to Computer Management and click on Print Spooler -> Start, it
says: "Could not start the Print Spooler service on Local Computer. Error 2:
The system cannot find the file specified."

Under Dependencies, the only file found is Remote Procedure Call (RPC)


If there is any way to fix this problem, I'd be forever grateful. Thanks.
