hi,
When i insert the Age of Empires "install disk" it loads so it comes up with
the install
,uninstall, website etc.when I click Install it loads the Install sheild
wizard and prepares to install but then it comes up with a red x and says
"Your computer processor does not support the advanced instruction set (SSE)
required for Age of Empires 3,aborting installation" When I click ok it
comes up with the Age of Empires InstallShield Wizard and says
"The wizard was interrupted before Age of Empires 3 could be completly
installed.

"The system has not been modified. To Install this program at a later
time,run the installation again.
Click finish to exit the wizard."

But the thing is that my windows xp has everything that the back of the box
says it needs to run.
, thank you very much if you reply a answer to my problem!!!

What is your CPU? Are you sure it supports SSE as required?

Hi. I got almost the same problem. The only thing is that the installation
goes well up and until disc 3. But at approx. 99.99999% (stating: "publishing
product information") it suddenly stops and then comes up with the same line:
"The wizard was interrupted before Age of Empires 3 could be completly
installed. Click Finish (etc, etc).

I got the same problem with Far Cry of UbiSoft. My computer seems to have
all the minimum required specs, but installing A LEGALLY BOUGHT GAME does not
seem to work....

Has anyone got an idea how to fix this (or: what goes wrong)?

Thanks for your help.
