Halo PC Multiplayer Issue. Not connecting to some servers.

I've a had a long ongoing problem with online play and not being able to
play in certain servers. Some servers I can play in fine without any
problems. Then others, I can play for 5-30 seconds and it disconnects me from
the server and not allowing me to play online anymore. I've tried just about
everything possible to fix it. Reinstalling, allowing it in firewalls,
running anti-virus programs, I even reformatted my hardrive.(Not just for
Halo tho) I was hoping someone coud tell me how to fix this problem.

Think about your ISP and DNS service.
Next, do you have any apps or malware that is connecting via the internet
for a plethora of various reasons.
