If I open my games only 1/4 of the screen shows the rest is black cant see
the full game unless I can change the opsions to small screen.

LCD monitors can't change the size of the pixels (dots), if you play a game
in a low resolution, some monitors won't blow up the image and thus only
the middle of the screen displays the game.

nVidia drivers have an option in the control panel to "scale" images to fit
full screen if you're playing in a resolution lower than what your monitor
supports.
