Double Entries on Fax Console

I've seen this a few times on different XP workstations. Each fax shows us
twice. If you delete one, both entries delete. This does not appear to be
causing a problem other than cosmetic, but it is odd.

I am seeing this on XP workstations that are using a Server fax -- the
server fax is a fax printer shared out from a Windows 2003 Server.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think all the problem workstations I've seen this
on also have a local fax printer, as well as the network/server fax printer.

How do I fix this so each fax only shows up once in the Fax Console?
