Hello,

Could someone please stear me in the right direction of my problem, since I
took the option to upgrade to the new messenger I get a pop up when ever I
start my computer.

The feature you are trying to install is on a cd-rom or other removeable
disc that is not available. Insert the document viewer disc and click ok.

This only happens when I upgrade to the new messenger. how can I get this
pop up to stop please.

many thanks in anticipation

Gerald

I'm getting the same message with no idea what "document viewer" on install
disk CD Rom it's talking about. Very useless information on how to fix the
problem. I'll be watching for posts to correct this along with you.

I get the same message, but it´s repeated once and again, even if I cancel it
or try to close the pop-up window.....I also have troubles upgrading via
Windows update to Sp3 , may it be related?

tHANKS to all at least I don´t feel so lost!
