Dag N

I hope that you found the solution to your problem by now, but if not,
check this out:

'\"Application Has Failed to Start Because Framedyn.dll Was Not Found\"
Error Message When You Open the System Properties Dialog Box'

Today I got the "dllregistryserver entry point" error while trying to
register a dll that a program
couldn't find. In my case, the "Path" for system variables was missing.
I'm sure that it existed once
before, so I now wonder what deleted it.

I just now discovered that my previous message does not solve the
"dllregistryserver entry" problem, but
it did solve my missing dll problem.

Last message. I have found that my problem - framedyn.dll - does not
have a dllregistryserver entry point, and doesn't need to be registered.
After going through nass's list of dll's to check, I found that I also
have Dag's problem registering mshtml, but this was due to Internet
Explorer 7. After temporarily removing IE7, I can successfully register
mshtml. It seems to me that Dag'n should have much bigger problems than
Outlook2003 if he really has a problem with mshtml. I'm more inclined to
think that his problem could be a firewall (missing rule or component
control), anti-spyware program, etc.
