hi I just bought my game from walmart about a month ago,and I keep getting
the same message about my cd key.I don't know much about pc's.Is there a
download or someting I can do to fix my problem?You seem like you know alot
ablout this game and pc's.I was just wondering if you could offer some advice?

Post subject: The solution to the problem!!! [Login to view extended thread Info.]
Awhile back, Microsoft said they'd stop publishing the game and handed it over to several smaller companies, like ValuSoft (that's the one I got).
These companies failed to issue unique product keys, and so online play is severed for all owners of these releases.
To obtain a new product key for these games, please contact the appropriate company (look at the box or the documentation to see if you can find the company. It's the one that isn't Microsoft of Ensemble Studios).
I contacted ValuSoft about a month ago and just received my keys. I had to mail them the original page with the old product keys.
