Post subject: Access via Control Panel to Administrative Services
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>basics (more info?)

I just got rid of the smitfruad malware. It changed the Display function via
the Control panel, which I was able to correct via the registry. I now
discover I can not access the Admin Services via the Control Panel. Do I
need to change a registry setting to gain access like a did before I got the
smitfruad malware. If so what is the change?

Thanks

Bob
