Post subject: window color and appearance Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>general (more info?)
When I first went to this window the first thing it showed was the colors I
could use and the Aero option, and then you could go into more personalize
setting.. Now when I go there the first screen does not come up.. just the
appearance settings window

and Appearance page?

I fixed the problem. My KM Player kept change my window apperence. It
was still open when I tried to fix the problem, therefore, it wouldn't
let me. I'm not sure if your using KM Player but its probably a open
program that's causing the problem for you. Same as me.

Hi,
Got the same problem. Here is how I fixed it:
Right click on the desktop
click on"Window color and appearance"
in Color Scheme list select "Windows Aero" and Apply
This should sort out the issue
