Hello Liv,
This tutorial will help show you how to fix the Spell Check lanquage
error in Windows Mail. Be sure to change it to another language, then
back to English for it to work.
'Windows Mail Spell Check'
Hope this helps,
Shawn

When I pull down Tools there is no Options link. What am I missing?

You're in the wrong screen. Click on Options in the main window, not
the message compose window.

I know that this is an old thread, but I am responding for others looking for
an answer. I had this same issue and looked, as others, for a deep down
problem. I ended up going into my windows mail program/tools/options and
checked for the 10th time the language setting under Spelling. The language
was still set to English. I reset the English and hit "Apply". It worked! My
spell check now works beautifully! Try it. It may work!
Have a wonderful Day!!!!
