Is it plausible to delete files from the index manually? this is because I
reguarly find files (when I use the search-function) that I deleted more than
a month ago. then I see this screen:
http://upl.vs-hs.com/d/51c2250b244a6e25b6d3161bc528bf69
if the answer is yes: how can I do this?
if the answer is no: suggestion for the next Vista-update?

Hi Sanderl,
Since the Index runs slowly in the background during low or no usage
times updating itself, it may not always be updated and have accurate
search results for recent items that were deleted or added. You can
manually Rebuild the index to force it to update quicker if you do not
want to wait on the Index to do it on it's on.
