Post subject: Can't open Mail
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>mail (more info?)

I can't open my mail because a window pops up asking for my username and
password. How do I get rid of this? I don't know what my username and
password are.

You do have to enter these. Your ISP should have sent them to you ,
probably when they sent you your welcome letter, router etc.

Have a look through through the stuff they sent , and if you can't find
them, suggest you ring your ISP .
