Post subject: can't send messages using Microsoft Mail Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>mail (more info?)
although i can receive messages using microsoft mail, i cannot SEND them.
Here is the error message I get:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'FW: letterboxing', Account:'pop.juno.com', Server:
'authsmtp.juno.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure (SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

did you check the box next to "My server requires authentication"?
Tools - Accounts - (youraccount) - Properties - servers

Was your Internet connection being obtained from Juno when you
got that error message?
Which antivirus are you running?
