What edition of Vista and is it x86 or x64?
You should post to microsoft.public.virtualserver instead of here since it
is not Vista installation issue but a Virtual Server question. It would be
like installing Word on Windows. You would ask in a Word group.

You need Vista Ultimate or Business edition to install Virtual server.

Right now my vista is vista home prelieum, how can i get the vista business
edition with the reasonalbe price/

Order a retail Vista Business upgrade edition and upgrade to Business. It
will require reinstallation of the operating system since an upgrade in
place from VHP to Business is not supported. You will start the setup from
your VHP desktop and choose Custom Install.
You cannot use Anytime Upgrade to go from VHP to Business. The only
upgrade from VHP using Anytime Upgrade is to Ultimate.
