The secret that I found is at the beginning, when you are installing the
system. Choose the option NOT to go on the internet and look for updates.

for all those who want to stop vista of installing driver afer reboot!!!
hope it will work for you....
Start - in start search type computer managment - right click on computer managment ( search results ) - run as administrator - in the middle of the screen, double click on Services and Applications - again double click services - find Windows Driver Foundation User mode Driver Framework - right click and click properties - general ( in the middle you can see Startup type , change it o Disabled - apply Ok and restart
