I have a valid copy of the express upgrade to windows vista. When entering
the product key in during installation, it comes up "invalid". How do I go
about fixing this issue?

Be sure that you are using the new key that came with the new sticker as
part of the Express Upgrade and not the old key that came with the original
system.

If you are sure you are using the correct key, then you are
accidentally substituting O for 0 (zero) or B for 8, or something
similar.

Retype it very carefully.

Hi,

Are you trying to do a clean installation with the upgrade disk? Your key
wouldn't be valid for that, it can only be used to upgrade an existing
installation.
