I bought a new Gateway PC on 1/11/07 and have been try ever since to register
for the free express upgrade to which I am entitled. My purchase receipt
says to go to: www.windowsvista.com/expressupgrade. When I go there and
click on Gateway as my manufacturer it takes me to a page that says the web
page I want no longer exists. On previous occasions I had gotten further
along and been able to successfully enter the requisite model, serial and COA
numbers along with shipping info before I got an error message saying:
Unable to continue. Error occured during shipping cost calculation.
Moduslink, the software fulfillment host, doesn't respond to my emails and
posts no phone number or address. Gateway says it has the same problem I do.
The site says I must register by March of 2007 or I lose my right to the
free upgrade. Any ideas? Thanks, Terri

I brought a Dell and Dell have their own site for the Express Upgrade
- check manufacturer's site, it might be there.
