Try this Microsoft fix:

It also works for messages stuck in other than the outbox.

Microsoft ya ha sacado un Hotfix para corregirlo. En este ariculo
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090/en-us tienes la documentacion del
problema y los parches tanto para 32 como para 64 bits.
