Don't see it there and I enabled show hidden files.

UserDictionary.lex is in my D:\My Files\Windows Mail folder. This is the one
created when you add words to the spell check in Windows Mail. Yes, I am
using a custom mail folder.

Yes, that's the one. Lexicon. It opens in a standard text editor.
