Post subject: application falures
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>performance_maintenance (more info?)

My computer has gone down hill.
In the relibility monitor there has been 21 application falures and the
graph goes streight down . The falure is
(ccApp.exe)
What does this mean,
How can i fix this
Any help or ideas how to fix this woud de appreachated

It means your Norton/Symantec antivirus application is failing or has
failed. You should either a) contact their support for assistance with their
application or b) remove it from the system entirely and find an alternative
solution. My preference would be the latter one.

CCApp.exe is most likely the file from Symantec/Norton Antivirus. Are
you running their antivirus? I am not familiar with the application
failure graph but you could search their knowledge base for application
failure and see what it returns if you are running their product..
