Post subject: Windows Media Player and Rip CD
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>music_pictures_video (more info?)

I have just started to use WMP, first of all I cant get a CD to rip, what
should I check, it says that WMP is not configured for the internet. I am
connected to internet using wireless BT connection which is working in all
other aspects. Help? Can I copy the tracks from this CD (its a home burnt CD
copied from a friend's CD overseas) and save in MP3 format as I want to
download them to my MP3 player once they are in the library? thanks for any
clues where to start.
