Post subject: Windows Mail stilll not being received on my network computer
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>mail (more info?)

This message is in regard to your advice to uninstall Norton Anti-Virus
program to enable my new computer (routed to my older one) to receive
incoming Windows Mail.

One of you mentioned cleaning up any remaining "debris" from Norton
Anti-Virus. How do I do that?

I've also installed Avast anti-virus on my host computer.

Unfortunately, I'm still unable to receive the incoming e-mail on my second
computer.

Any further expert advice?

Just click this link:

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool

Do not install Avast's email scanning services, they will cause the same
problem.
