I just set-up my Windows Mail and all went well until a box popped up when I
went to access my mail for the 1st time that said(windows security) and ask
for my username and password. I remember my password but not my username...
How do I retrieve my username?

Have you tried your email address? When setting up mail accounts you require
your email address and password to access you mail providers server. This is
probably what windows mail is asking for.
