Hello there,
I've created a Windows Complete PC Backup of my new laptop. Now a few days
later I want to actualize it, but when click on Back up computer in Backup
and Restore Center a window opens with message - Looking for backup devices
and it stays like that, nothing happens. I can cancel it but I want to
create a backup.
What should I do? Is there a solution?

It is recommended to use USB external hard drive or cd/dvd at least. Also did
you use windows to make this back up? Try using system restore? Just some
ideas for you to try, good luck.
