I've searched for details on part numbers without luck. Does anyone know if
the "Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 Upgrade - Retail" with PN:
66R-02262 comes with a DVD for the 64-bit install? All the references I've
found make no mention either way.

however I did see 64 bit oem version being offered for sale at some outlet
Don't know about retail. the key is useable on either 64 or 32 bit. Of
course you are entitled to only running a total of one copy regardless of
32 or 64 bit. they have a stronger activation limit enforcement

Yes, the retail Vista Ultimate Upgrade version comes with both 32 bit
and 64 bit installation DVDs. The same product key can be used with
32 or 64 bit, but you can only activate one or the other.
