You need to have an email program configured to send/receive email. And
that program has to be the default for the mailto protocol.
By default Vista assigns Windows Mail to be the default mailto handler.

Open up a blank email, whatever email service you use.
Copy the email address from Craig's. Paste it into the
TO: field. Send email. Everyone should be able to do
it that way.
